The Product shall be eligible for an exchange it the following criteria’s are met-

 

1. The product has been delivered with a quality/manufacturing defect(broken/damaged) To avoid this, we request you to kindly make an unboxing video on the receipt of the products as Exchange or return shall not be entertained without the unboxing.

2. Incorrect Product has been delivered

1. Full refund if order is cancelled before confirmation

2. No refund it the order is already accepted or dispatched
